  Thomas Edward Livingstone was born in 1898 in Plymouth the child of Douglas Thomas Livingston and Lilly G Livingstone. He had seven siblings, namely: Rose May, Douglas A, Colin Amos, Amos Thomas, Marjorie, Kenneth, and Gerald. Thomas was killed in Foundary Lane, Southampton, at that time he was living at 33 Coventry Road, Southampton. Thomas brother Colin Amos also worked at Ordnance Survery.
